Our Toowong Dental Practice

The Brisbane Smiles Dental Practice is located at 31 Sherwood Road Toowong and has six state-of-the-art Dental Clinics with an in-house Dental Laboratory. Our Dental Chairs are modern and comfortable and have overhead flat-screen televisions with movies and streaming services. All operatories are digitally integrated with instant Digital X-Ray units, sensors and Cameras with 3D Scanners available.

Our Brisbane Practice

Our purpose-built Dental rooms in the Toowong Terraces Building are spaced over 350sqm, with six surgeries and a modern Dental Laboratory integrated within our Brisbane Dental Practice. This enables our best Brisbane Dental team to perform all Cosmetic Dental Procedures such as Teeth Whitening, Porcelain Veneers and Dental Implants at one local Brisbane Dental Location.

Our In-House Dental Laboratory

At our Toowong Dental Practice, we have our very own in-house Dental Laboratory with Experienced Qualified Dental Technicians. This allows us to offer direct-to-patient services with our Dentist and Dental Laboratory to ensure quality, customisation, and patient satisfaction. All Dental Treatments made in-house are created with the highest-quality materials, state-of-the-art equipment and hand-finished by experienced Dental Technicians.

As a team, our Dental Sterilisation process exceeds ASA and Practice Accreditation standards and we are committed to our patient safety and quality care standards.

Community Involvement

Our community plays an important role in the heart of Brisbane Smiles. Each year, our team visits many Childcare and Kindergarten Centres around Brisbane’s Inner West to educate the little ones on the importance of Dental Health. Brisbane Smiles also supports many local charities on a monthly basis and is committed to donating over 6 figures to charity before 2025. In the practice, we run patient appreciation initiatives to strengthen the bonds within our community.

Employment

The majority of our Brisbane Smiles team works a 38-hour, 4-day week with rewarding remuneration packages. The practice hours are weekdays excluding public holidays with no late nights. We have an in-house Dental Laboratory, with a team of Dental Technicians alongside each Dentist. Teamwork, giving back and uplifting one another are at the core of our workplace culture.

Qualified by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

Dr Paul McKay is a Graduate of Kois Centre, Seattle, and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). AACD is dedicated to advancing excellence in the art and science of comprehensive Cosmetic Dentistry and encouraging the highest standards of ethical conduct and responsible patient care. The AACD is the world’s largest Cosmetic Dentistry Organisation. Brisbane Smiles offers all Cosmetic Dental Services. Brisbane Smiles own On-Site Porcelain Dental Laboratory gives you guaranteed custom and bespoke treatment outcomes.

Preventative Dentistry

It is our priority to maintain your best Oral Health and prevent potentially painful and expensive Dental issues. We have an advanced decay management program utilising the Caries Free System. This acclaimed program incorporates assessment techniques that allow us to evaluate salivary influences (gland function, buffering, pH), the presence of bacteria (streptococci and lactobacilli levels), dietary information, fluoride and compliance. We will outline a customised action plan to reduce decay and prevent future Dental health issues.
