I am a new patient:
- I want to book a routine Check-Up & Clean appointment: Please select the ‘New Patient Adult Dental Health Visit’ option
- I want to book a Consultation Appointment for a specific treatment: Please select the ‘Consult’ option best suited to your desired treatment, e.g. ‘Consult – Cosmetic/Veneers’ or ‘Consult – Dental Implants’
- I want to book Teeth Whitening: Please select ‘Consult – Teeth Whitening’ and your Provider will make an assessment and arrange next steps for treatment.
I am an existing patient:

How to Book Your Complimentary Consultation
Booking your Complimentary Consultation is easy:
- Call us on 07 3870 3333 to speak with our friendly team, OR
- Book Online through our convenient online appointment system.

- Complimentary Consultations are available for Smile Makeover, Veneer, Invisalign, TeethXpress, Dental Implant and Second Opinion Consultations.
- Promotion is only valid for ONE consultation appointment per patient.
- This offer excludes: all treatment in addition to the consultation, and all subsequent appointments.
- Offer valid for Consultations between 28 October 2025 and 31 March 2026, or until all available spots are booked.
- Valid for new and existing patients of Brisbane Smiles.
- Consultations must be attended in-person at Level 1, 31 Sherwood Road, Toowong, Brisbane
- A $100 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 48 hours.
- No-shows will incur a $100 fee, payable prior to rebooking.
- All treatment-related fees such as X-rays (excluding OPG), Smile Previews and Invisalign ClinCheck are additional fees and not inclusive of this Consultation offer. Any additional examination or imaging will be quoted prior to proceeding.
- OPGs are charged directly to Medicare with no out-of-pocket expense.

Appointment Information
We offer 6 types of Consult Appointments: General, Cosmetic, Dental Implant, Invisalign, Teeth Whitening, Denture / Mouthguard.
We offer New and Existing Patients Checkup and Cleans and have a team of Oral Health Therapists just for your children.
New Patient Check-ups are with a Dentist or Oral Health Therapist and the Cleaning with a Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist.
Existing Patients schedule with a preferred Oral Health Therapist / Hygienist and your regular Dentist or Oral Health Therapist will be assigned with availability.
