Brisbane Smiles provides appropriate, planned dental care to its patients. To provide this high level of care, our Dentists will present treatment options that allow for our patients to engage and make informed decisions before proceeding.
An Automated Appointment Reminder System will remind you via sms before each appointment. You will be able to confirm your appointment by replying ‘y’ for yes. It is your responsibility to inform our practice if you will not be able to attend an appointment as you will be charged for appointments you do not attend.
To protect the Privacy of our Patients, changing of appointments or cancelling of appointments must be made by speaking directly with the patient.
To offer the most suitable appointment times to all of our patients, all appointments are considered confirmed two (2) business days before your appointment. A ‘Change of Appointment Fee’ or ‘Missed Appointment Fee’ will be charged if less than two (2) business days notice is given before your appointments.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise stated in writing by Brisbane Smiles. Non-payment will result in cancellation of all future appointments and cancellation of any treatment discounts. Additional fees will be charged to cover professional collection services in the event of non-payment of accounts.
