A little know fact about Dr Paul and his family, is that they spend many hours at the beach, down at Currumbin, so Currumbin is kind of a second home to the family. Along with beach days at the Alley, they spend a lot of fun afternoons at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, exploring the park or feeding the lorikeets at the feeding times.
Currumbin Wildlife Hospital is one of the busiest wildlife hospitals in the world, having looked over 140,000 wildlife patients in the last 20 years. Its mission is to treat, rehabilitate and release Australian wildlife.
As a second home and understanding the importance the sanctuary plays in the health of our native animals, it only seems fit that Brisbane Smiles also donates to the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital. Such a valuable and deserving hospital for our Australian Animals.
