The Salvation Army Australia has been helping Aussies in need since 1880. Across Australia – in cities, country towns and rural communities – their work touches every demographic and age group. We’re involved in national issues while also bringing hope to people who may be experiencing hardship or injustice. Their Red Shield Appeal is dedicated to helping women suffering through fear and loneliness, pushed out of society into homelessness. By raising funds, The Salvation Army helps to give women safety and a way back into a life of hope.
